Our Heavy Equipment Operator program is available in a 25 or 50 hour version, geared towards preparing individuals to enter the work force fully prepared for a position as an operator of their chosen piece of equipment. At the successful completion of this course and individual will receive a certification reflecting their hours of Heavy Equipment Operator training. Type of equipment available will vary between courses. Tuition includes transportation to and from site during course, 7 days of accommodation and 3 meals per day while in accommodation. Our Oilfield Prep program is our program geared towards preparing individuals to enter the oilfield service industry in an entry level position. At the successful completion of this course and individual will have completed all prerequisites for employment in the oilfield services industry. Our Entrepreneurship program prepares individuals looking to start their own business for the adventure of entrepreneurship. This course is geared towards those that would like to start their own business but don't know where to start. Over 9 days (8 nights) in hotel we will take individuals through the preparation of their business plan and preparing for an application to the BDC for start-up funds. Students will be taken through an introduction to the entrepreneur life, incorporating your business, business risk management, marketing and product selection, operational needs assessment, HR activities including hiring, firing and labor issues, financials including tracking and forecasting and finalization of the business plan. Guest speakers will be brought in to speak to these items, and by the end of the course individuals will be ready to submit their business plan for funding. Our safety watch program is a condensed version of our program geared towards preparing individuals to enter the plant turnaround service industry in an entry level position as safety watch. At the successful completion of this course and individual will have completed all prerequisites for safety watch as well as a company specific 3 day Safety Watch Orientation. Our driver training program has been very successful in preparing individuals to enter the workforce with an upgraded driver's license. We offer a class 3, Vac Truck and class 5Q driver training component in this program.
